Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds when purchasing from Plozarinphar.ddd. We comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g. by email). Contact us at office@plozarinphar.world with your order number and reason for return. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect if applicable.
